Andrea Azdril believes strongly that every company should have access to talented engineers at reasonable prices, using a combination of the best global talent. Startech’s hybrid onshore/offshore development model solves the pain of outsourcing while keeping prices affordable. Andrea challenges her project managers to assume ultimate responsibility for their client’s satisfaction. This intense focus on customer needs and engineering accountability is the reason that Startech’s clients continue to return year after year.
Her previous work includes experience in operations & materials management for organizations involved with international trade in Asia, as well as the facilitation & financing of outsourcing, subcontracting, & international sales for many small businesses. She received her BA from UC Santa Barbara, and her MBA in entrepreneurial studies from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Andrea also serves as the Senior Strategy Consultant for UCLA Anderson’s Management Development for Entrepreneurs Program, teaching and assisting hundreds of business owners with strategic growth planning each year. Andrea is a frequent guest lecturer at UC Santa Barbara and other California universities. She also serves as a volunteer leader for the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship and the Entrepreneur Mentor Society.
